"The basket of plants with the African violet and peace lily was beautiful. Very nicely done and as I expected. The pink and white bouquet, I did not see, however the recipient was very pleased. The white bouquet with the blue hydrangea, I was disappointed with. I thought it would be taller, as I specified it would be next to a 8 X 10 photo. The flowers were starting to wilt by Wednesday, (3 days); a few of the roses had brown spots forming on the petals and some of the lilies were FULLY open, in the 3 days. I did like the ribbon with the gold lettering, very nice personal touch. "

"Let me start with the flowers were beautiful, thank you! That being said a few things bothered me. I was sent a picture of my flowers at 6:15 in the morning. They were not delivered until after 6:00 that night. The weather had been bad and the delivery was out of town a ways but still seemed like a delay of a quite a lot. I do understand given the weather. I have been ordering my granddaughter a rose on her birthday every year for ten years. I order from Expressions in Bloom every year. In the ten years there has been a BIG difference from year to year in what she receives. Each year I ask for a single rose with filler. This was the first time I was asked if I wanted more than that as I was paying a minimum order fee and a single rose did not come to that. Thank you to whomever upgraded me and gave me something worth the amount I paid. I always thought it cost that much for just the single rose, which seemed costly but I live out of town. One year was a huge disappointment when all she got was a single rose wrapped in tissue paper. I was cheated that year and did call them. Be very clear and ask questions when ordering. Again, thank you to the person taking my order this year!"
