"I ordered tulips because they were listed on the webpage. These aren’t tulips - I am glad they sent a picture…they needed to be tulips. I am also glad I called, otherwise an arrangement the recipient wouldn’t have liked would have been sent. If an arrangement isn’t available, don’t list it. And if you make a mistake like that, call the customer and let them know. Because of this, I am left scrambling from across the country to find something else to do."
