"While this is a beautiful arrangement, it is not what I ordered. The pic on the website is what had me choose this one. There was a lot more pink and the ribbon was polka dot. My signature print is polka dot-the whole reason for me choosing the Polka Dot & Posies bouquet. The woman that called me to change delivery dates was very sweet"

"I'm sorry Linda, we would have loved to change it for you. The picture was sent early Saturday Morning, about 4 hours before the delivery which was at 12:28, both by text and by email. So there was 4 hours or more during which we certainly would have made changes for you. Also, if any review is 3 stars or less, immediately. the sender is taken to a page with our phone number on it, for this very reason - we never want someone displeased with our flowers or our service. All the best to you."
