"I do appreciate receiving the photo; however, I am very disappointed in the arrangement! Compare the photo on your website for this item (Classic as shown) and the photo that I was sent of the actual arrangement. There is no "rustic" basket, the bow looks cheap and flimsy, and the arrangement looks unfinished. There were no other greens added with the conifer greens, such as holly or some green leafy stems. This is the second time this year that I have been disappointed in the quality of the arrangements purchased compared to the photo on your website. đź�'"

"We're of course sorry you didn't like it. However, it had 3 types of greens in it - Noble, Pine, and Cedar, was in a brown wicker basket, and the bow was not a cheap, flimsy bow. I honestly don't kow how we could have come closer to the picture, which is why we have the disclaimer on every item on our site that some substitutions must be allowed. However, thee was nearly 2 hours between the picture going to you and delivery. As soon as you rated it 3 or less, you are immediately taken to a page with our phone number asking you to call us right away if there are any problems, which went out both by text and email. I don't understand why you didn't call us. Sorry to say NOTHING will be EXACTLY like the image, tho we couldn't have come closer. All the best to you."
