General Delivery Information
Local orders placed prior to 1:00 pm in recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day the order is placed, during non-holiday periods. Online orders placed prior to noon can easily be delivered the same day the order is placed during non-holiday periods. Normal delivery hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am till 5pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm. Any special time requests will incur an extra $5 delivery fee. SUNDAY DELIVERY SERVICE IS GENERALLY UNAVAILABLE, except Mother's Day Sunday. Even florists need a day off - lol.
Also, timed delivery requests can not be guaranteed on Valentine's Day. Generally all business deliveries are delivered first and residential deliveries next. If you have a request we will pass it along to our affiliates, but can not guarantee any times of delivery on Valentine's Day.
Phone numbers are mandatory for all deliveries. We cannot accept orders without the recipient's telephone number. Please note that incorrect or incomplete information may cause delayed delivery of your special gift. Deliveries outside the United States require 24 - 48 hour advanced notice (excluding Saturday and Sunday). As a general rule with local deliveries we do not call ahead, unless an address is bad or we can't find it. But we reserve the right to do so in order to get your important emotional statement to your loved ones! But - we have learned, it doesn't spoil the surprise...
- it increases the anticipation when they know a gift is on its way to them, and they don't know what it is or who it is from!
Weather permitting, if no one is home we sometimes will leave them on the (covered) porch - accompanied by a voice mail for them to be sure to look there.
Hospital and Funeral Homes deliveries will be delivered to the respective floral receiving areas. The delivery of the flowers may ultimately be made by hospital or funeral home personnel. However, for our local hospitals, we try our best to deliver the flowers into the warm hands of the patient, even read them the card message, and not leave them in the lobby like the other local florists do.
Local Area Delivery
We deliver to the area surrounding our location specifically Corvallis, Albany, Philomath, and Lebanon Monday - Saturday (and Mother's Day Sundays). The standard delivery charge is $12.95 for Corvallis, $12.95 for Philomath, Albany, and Lebanon. Rush deliveries or deliveries by a specific time can be made with at least a two hour advanced notice for a $5 additional fee. Delivery in North America
We will deliver your gift in North America (U.S. & Canada) via our select network of FTD and Teleflora florists who share our commitment to superior quality and customer service. Orders we receive Monday - Saturday by 11:30 am in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day throughout North America. To ensure timely delivery of your order, we request a second choice of gift ("seasonal/mixed flower arrangement" etc.). Specific flowers, colors, and varieties are not always available nationwide. There is an $12.95 service/delivery charge on each order placed for delivery in North America.
Inbloom Flowers offers worldwide delivery of floral gifts for your convenience. International orders must be placed by telephone at 800-832-5666.
Please try to be very general with your gift request (i.e. "one dozen roses" or "wrapped flower bouquet" etc). A second choice of gift is strongly recommended to ensure no delay in delivery of international orders. Please allow at least 24-48 hours from the time you place the order for our florist to make your delivery. A $19.95 service charge is applied to all international orders. Contact us for prices/availability of specific items in specific countries.
Inbloom Fine Flowers guarantees your satisfaction on every order you place with us. We value your feedback and encourage you to call, fax, e-mail, mail or come into our store and give us your positive or negative comments about your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your order and we will gladly replace it or credit your account.
