Inbloom.com Affiliate Program Terms of Service
By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
1. Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referrals.

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.
4. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. Except and only to the extent specifically set forth in this Agreement, Affiliate Partner shall not acquire any right under this Agreement to use the url mark or the name “inbloom flowers”: (a) in any advertising, publicity, or promotion; (b) to express or to imply any endorsement of Affiliate Partner’s products or services; or (c) in any other way.
Under no circumstances will the Affiliate Partner outbid Inbloom.com for searches through any paid (PPC)search engine for any inbloom trademark or term substantially similar to a inbloom trademark or product name. Including but not limited to: inbloom.com, in-bloom.com, Expressions In Bloom, inbloom-online.com, and other intellectual properties owned by inbloom. If you do so accidentally, inbloom may provide notice to you. Immediately upon notice from inbloom that you are outbidding any of our internet properties, you will make best efforts to lower your cost per click (CPC) payment offer as promptly as possible.
Any violation of any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a material breach by Affiliate Partner of its Engagement and this Agreement and Merchant reserves the right to immediately terminate all Engagements and this Agreement along with loss of all outstanding revenue earned from the Offer.
We expect our visitors to experience our web shopping exactly as designed. To that purpose we do not allow certain methods of capturing sales that we feel will cause undue bad publicity to inbloom flowers. Some of the methods not allowed are:

No deceptive pop ups/pop unders.

No toolbar installations, addons, browser helper objects (BHO)

No parasiteware.

No cookie stuffing
Affiliate Partner sites that use pop ups/unders for the purpose of aiding shoppers may not use such pop up/unders to set or overwrite a commission tracking cookie, deceive the shopper of redirect the shopper from Merchant site at anytime for any purpose. Pop ups/unders must be free of all kinds of links.
You may not use any qualifying links in any electronic message unless (a) You have received the express written authorization of inbloom.com to use email or other electronic messages to promote it or its qualifying link and (b) any and all such electronic messages comply in all respects with this Agreement, inbloom.com's terms and conditions, and any and all applicable laws, including the requirements of the Can Spam Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187). Further, no electronic message initiated or sent by you or on your behalf may identify inbloom.com or, except as expressly authorized by inbloom.com, or identify inbloom.com as a sender or sponsor of such electronic message.
New York Affiliates: The state of New York has recently passed an unfair sales tax law. Until it is overturned, we are no longer able to have or accept affiliates from the state of New York, as of June 1, 2008.
6. Signup Bonuses / Credits
Upon signing up with our program, you may or may not receive signup bonuses or credits to your affiliate account. These can amount to some form of cash equivalent. These signup bonuses or credits will only be paid out when you have reached the minimum payout amount designated by our Affiliate Program. You cannot redeem these credits for anything else other than what they are, and will not be dispersed until you have generated enough commissions that is equal or greater than the minimum payout amount. If you do not generate any commissions at all within a period of 1 year, our company reserves the right to revoke and cancel any signup bonuses credited to your affiliate account due to lack of performance.
7. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
